Meet Kathryn Oram

Kathryn Godby Oram has been a Licensed salesperson since 1996, Becoming a Broker a few years later was a natural progression. Kathryn has used her platform at Godby to facilitate: Residential and Commercial sales and leasing, Multi- Family investment projects, Property Management, Mixed-use Development Acquisition and Recurring Revenue Investment Portfolios for clients looking to create wealth through tenancy.

 

“I believe that as a Woman in Business and a mother of six, time is important, family is important. Godby and being my own boss allows me to work on short term goals, while at the same time, the opportunity to engage in long term investment projects. When the market is lagging in one area I can pivot and focus on another. We are taught to be entrepreneurial in our work strategies here. We are not stuck in one area.
