Our support team will dispose of unwanted furniture and clutter for you (might as well do it now). We will stage the home, transforming it from “lived in” to “dressed up” for optimal viewing by potential buyers. This might include removing some rugs, rearranging furniture and providing seasonal flowers and other touches. We’ll also help getting contractors for needed repairs. An important part of selling the home is realizing that marketing a dwelling is not the same as living in it. Godby helps you put your best foot forward.
Once we’re prepared, we do professional photos showing the home in it’s best light. We will hold Open Houses to optimize exposure as well as place your home not only in our GSMLS system and the Godby website, but will have it on national sites and social media.
